Returns Policy
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
- To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or defect.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only for approved return requests.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. Only refunds are provided for eligible cases.
