Returns Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or defect.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for approved return requests.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. Only refunds are provided for eligible cases.
